A quick point on Rupee Appreciation

Rupee Appreciation against dollar is being projected as something which will lead to the downfall of the Indian Economy.
Some views.
Firstly,dollar itself is falling.American Market slowdown...

Secondly,India's Import is much large than her exports.So overall we are at an advantage.
The case is that the exports are more in limelight and volatile in nature

Personally I would like my currency to be at par with other currencies.
When we got independence, 1 $ was 15 Rupees.
Repeated devaluation has led to the price touching 50 even.

Another reason for my not being going to US...:)Keep it Up Rupee...
